Camp Forms Due!!!
Please turn in your 2010 Cub Scout Day Camp forms to Cerie Hunter ASAP!!!! As a Pack, we go to the San Gabriel Park day camp (where it is nice and shady!!). Pay your money in a tithing envelope with a tithing slip, but write "Day Camp" in the "Other" space. Cost for each Cub Scout is $50. The ward pays $25/scout.

FYI: at camp there were many mismarked applications. One cub was marked as a Webelos when he was going to be a Wolf in the fall.
We in LDS packs have a larger challenge with the applications, since we promote on birthdays not on the school year.
Please help us spread the word to count our boys as the next level if they are going to be old enough by fall.
For example, if you Wolf son has a birthday in October, you may apply to cub camp as a Bear for him. He will earn his Bear status before the next cub camp and he will be able to earn things that will help him get a head start.
